In our society, we approach anxiety as its own issue rather than a symptom of a deeper imbalance. In this phase, we get down to the root cause of your anxiety and you’ll start feeling better within the first session.

The highest priority for your healing is shown to me by my guides, and we cover that in your first 1:1 session together, getting you into instant momentum. 

Then…

Phase 2: Reconnection and Integration

In this phase, we’re aligning with your authentic self and rebuilding trust in your intuition. This is the permanent antidote to anxiety. 

You’re starting to feel better - connected to who you really are, feeling like yourself again without the heavy baggage or negative energies weighing you down. 

The fog is clearing and your confidence is reawakening, so we can start making small adjustments to your everyday life that pay off hugely.

Phase 3: Empowerment and Expansion

In this phase, you fully embody your true self and step into your power.

The old you becomes unrecognisable, but you hold deep compassion for her and the effort she put in to get you here. 

You’re embodying who you are at a soul level now. This is usually where clients start to set boundaries with people, raise their standards of what they deserve - and it feels easier.

By now, it feels natural and exciting to support yourselves in these ways.
