Terms & Conditions – Peaceful & Empowered Journey

Effective Date: 29 June 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between BeMe Wellness ABN 12 908 477 843

(“we”, “our”, or “us”) and you, the client (“you” or “your”) who enrols in the Peaceful & Empowered Journey program (“the Program”).

By joining the Program, you agree to the following:

1. Program Overview

The Peaceful & Empowered Journey is a 16-week healing and coaching program. It includes:

4 x private one-on-one sessions with Ruth Leach (via Zoom or in-person in Drouin, VIC)

Fortnightly Peace & Progress group coaching calls on Zoom

Monthly group healing sessions

Access to a private Facebook group

Membership portal with support materials and resources

2. Payment & Fees

The total investment for the Program is $5,300 AUD, payable: In full upfront; or Via an agreed payment plan (payment due monthly or fortnightly as specified in your invoice).

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund or replacement if services are not provided with due care and skill, are unfit for purpose, or are not delivered as agreed.

However, because this is a personalised, live support program, the following applies:

- Change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

- If you need to cancel due to serious illness or compassionate circumstances, please contact us to discuss options, which may include deferring your enrolment to a future date.

- If you default on your payment plan without prior communication, access to program resources and calls may be paused.

4. Your Responsibilities

To get the most from this Program, you agree to:

-Show up with openness and respect for yourself and others.

-Attend scheduled calls or watch the replays when unable to attend live.

-Use the Facebook group for support, not as a replacement for emergency or mental health services.

-Maintain confidentiality of all shared experiences within group calls and the community.

5. Disclaimer

This Program is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Ruth Leach is qualified in energy healing and holistic counselling, but does not provide diagnosis, or guarantee health outcomes.

The Program includes intuitive and energetic healing tools that assist you to balance your energy, and this does not replace medical advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials, videos, meditations, worksheets, and written content remain the intellectual property of BeMe Wellness and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Group Etiquette

To create a safe and nurturing space, we ask all members to:

-Respect privacy and confidentiality.

-Avoid unsolicited advice in group discussions.

-Bring compassion and non-judgment to all interactions.

8. Support Boundaries

Ruth will check into the Facebook group at least twice daily during weekdays. Private queries outside of your scheduled 1:1 sessions should be asked in the group, unless of a personal/sensitive nature, in which case you can email support@bemewellness.com.au

9. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to adjust program content, call dates/times, or delivery platforms if required, in order to maintain the integrity and quality of the experience.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Ruth is unavailable for a scheduled call or session, we will provide:

- A suitable reschedule option at a time that works for all parties; or

- A qualified replacement facilitator or coach (with experience aligned to the work of this program) to lead the session if necessary.

In the rare event that a Peace & Progress group call or monthly group healing is cancelled, it will be rescheduled with as much notice as possible and replays will always be provided.

For private one-on-one sessions:

Clients must give at least one full business day's notice (24 hours minimum) to cancel or reschedule.

Sessions cancelled with less than one business day's notice will be forfeited, except in the event of illness or emergency.

Missed or forfeited sessions are not refundable or transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Victorian jurisdiction.

By enrolling in the Peaceful & Empowered Journey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.

Client Agreement & Acknowledgment

By ticking the box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document for participation in the Peaceful & Empowered Journey program delivered by BeMe Wellness.
