When I first worked with Ruth, I was still trying to move on from a breakup and needed emotional and energetic support because I felt low self-esteem and energy. So I booked in with Ruth for forensic healing to shift some energies – we worked to the core of problems and healed some past life trauma. I already felt energy shifts (tingling in my arms). Ruth gave me some affirmations as homework and a follow-up appointment. The first time I did my homework, I have to say I felt a bit silly – looking in the mirror and telling myself, "I love you". But with the energy shifts we had done during my appointment and my homework, I started to improve over the following weeks. I felt so much better in my own skin and had more physical energy. I was like a new person at the follow-up appointment, smiling and happy.
Lately, I have seen Ruth regarding physical health issues and allergic skin reactions to antibiotics. The last time I had such an issue, it took me weeks to recover – ONE healing session with Ruth did the deal – even my partner was blown away.
Despite seeing her for health, energy, or emotional support, I know she will do her magic with Reiki, Forensic Healing and Counselling. She has an open heart and ears and lots of tissues (if you need them). Ruth knows what you need and what healing techniques are right for you. So I can relax, trust and surrender to her magic.
